Jane has worked as a social worker and has completed over 30 Serious Case Reviews.
Jane Wiffin is a freelance social care consultant and has a professional background as a social worker, with extensive experience of safeguarding practice, developing policy and delivering pre- and post-qualifying education. She is an experienced Serious Case Review author, having completed over 30 reviews.
Sarah Holthom Fawcett
Sarah writes reports on subject areas including child neglect, criminal exploitation, child sexual abuse, adolescent mental health issues and childhood bereavement.
Sarah Holtom is passionate about working alongside children and their families and supporting multi-agency professionals in their practice. Trained as a children and families social worker, Sarah has remained in practice in various roles for over 20 years and now works with many local authorities and charities, including delivering supervision and mentoring to the team of clinicians at Winston’s Wish. Sarah undertakes Rapid Reviews and Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews with Partnerships in England and produces published and unpublished reports on subject areas including child neglect, criminal exploitation, child sexual abuse, adolescent mental health issues and childhood bereavement . Sarah lives in Cheltenham with her partner, two daughter’s and a very disobedient cocker spaniel called Ozzy.
Christiane Sanderson
A psychologist and consultant, with over thirty years of working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual and domestic violence and complex trauma
