The Dorset Safeguarding Children Partnership has now reviewed and refreshed their strategic priorities, in line with both local and national data, local learning reviews and findings from quality assurance activity amongst other areas, in relation to child safeguarding. The updated strategic priorities are now available.

Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the updated priorities. These will be the focus of the majority of the Partnership’s quality assurance and scrutiny activity, over this period of time, to be able to provide assurance against these priority areas. As part of those quality assurance exercises, we will be looking to seek the voices of practitioners and families in relation to these priority areas so please do keep an eye out for opportunities to provide your feedback.

The Partnership will be producing an action plan that sits against these priority areas as a way of measuring progress against these and this will be published in due course.
