Are you worried about something?

We are the BCP Safeguarding Children Partnership. This part of the website is for any child or young people to come and get some advice over difficult issues.

If you feel worried about something, talking about it can help make you feel better.

The best thing to do is talk to an adult, a friend or someone who you know you can trust. But if you can’t tell anyone you know, you can always talk to us instead.

We are here to listen if you feel uncomfortable for any reason or feel like you are in danger. It doesn’t matter if it is a problem at school, at home or even on the internet – it is our job to listen and try to help as much as we can.

It is our job to keep you safe.

You can contact Childline by either text, email or phoning their free 24-hour helpline on 0800 1111.

You can text the NSPCC helpline anonymously on 88858.

If you would like to get some help locally, there are two teams in Dorset so:
